Vindsurfing med UppX och UVK

Dags slänga på sig en våtdräkt, spotta sig i nävarna och be för vind! Vi beger oss nämligen ut till KFUM Uppsala Vindsurfingklubb (UVK) vid ekoln, för att ge oss på ett försök att utöva den ädla sporten vindsurfing! UppX erbjuder i samarbete med UVK en kurs i vindsurfing, där både nybörjare och lite mer erfarna är välkomna. Se till att knipa en plats och ta chansen att segla ut över Ekoln med ett färgglatt surfsegel!
Vi i UppX vill att fler medlemmar ska ha möjlighet att vara med på våra event, så vi har valt att reducera priset på kursen från ordinarie pris (450kr) till 300 kr för dig som medlem i UppX. I priset ingår våtdräkt, våtdräktsskor, flytväst och all utrustning. Kursen är 4-5 h, med en teoretisk introduktion sedan ger vi oss ut på vattnet för att öva!
OBS: som ni säkert förstår är detta event vindberoende, vilket gör att det kan flyttas eller ställas in.

Tid: meddelas några dagar innan
Var: KFUM Uppsala vindsurfingklubb Alnäs. Vi kör gemensam cykling dit, skriv gärna till oss om du har bilplatser över!
Utrustning att ta med: Badkläder att ha under våtdräkten. Egen våtdräkt om du har. Handduk. Fika/lunch/snacks/vattenflaska!

Anmälan: Om du anmäler dig på detta event, betalar du in avgiften för eventet direkt när anmälan är gjord, annars förlorar du din plats. Om eventet ställs in betalas pengarna tillbaka. Om eventet flyttas meddelar vi information om vad som gäller via mail.

Grab a wetsuit and pray for wind! We are heading out to the KFUM Uppsala windsurfing club to practice the noble sport of windsurfing! UppX, in collaboration with UVK, offers a course in windsurfing. So take the opportunity to surf out on Ekoln with a colorful windsurfing sail! This is both for beginners and people that have practiced windsurfing before.
We in UppX want more members to have the opportunity to participate in our events, so we have chosen to reduce the price of the course from the regular price (SEK 450) to SEK 300 for you as a member of UppX. The price includes wetsuit, wetsuit shoes, life jacket and all equipment. The course will be 4-5 h with an introduction to windsurfing and then practice on the water!
NOTE: as you probably understand, this event is wind dependent, which means it can be moved or canceled.

Time: announced a few days before
Where: KFUM Uppsala windsurfing club Alnäs next to ekoln. We will bike there together, feel free to write to us if you have leftover spots in your car!
Equipment to bring: Swimwear to wear under the wetsuit. Your own wetsuit if you have. Towel. Coffee / lunch / snacks / water bottle!

Price: 300 kr
Registration: If you register for this event, you pay the fee for the event immediately when registration is made, otherwise you will lose your spot. If the event is canceled, the money will be refunded. If the event moves, we will announce information about what applies via email.
