Hello all wintery UppX'ers! On Saturday, UppX starts the cross-country skiing season, the best way to enjoy the winter (according to some)! The plan is that we start from the parking lot at Håga-Bro and take a really cozy trip out into the Håga valley with a stop for hot chocolate and coffee. From there we will run/walk a lap on the track and then do some strength and balance exercises at the outdoor gym. The difficulty is adjusted to your own level of fitness and experience.
